To celebrate the re-launch of one of the biggest PSP wallpaper websites online we are going to be offering a very special prize to one lucky person.

Later this month we will announce the winner of 1 Ceramic White PSP with 3 games including GTA:VCS and Mind Quiz along with 3 of the latest UMD film titles. We will also be giving 3 lucky runners up 2 games of their choice (from our list).

The giveaway is sponsored by V3, V3 is a way to pay for things online wherever you see the Visa logo, its completely free to register online and is very useful. Every entrant should signup to this completely free offer to be legitimately entered. If you still want to enter but don't care about winning then that's totally fine, but without signing up to the offer you will not be eligible for the prize.

Now you're probably overwhelmed by the sheer volume of this giveaway by now, so to calm your nerves slightly here is how to win.
Each user registers as an entrant and can then submit as many customised wallpapers as they like, they will be entered for every wallpaper they submit, the submission period will last an undecided time and everyone who enters will have their wallpaper shown on the giveaway page, this is where your wallpaper will stay, not forever, but for a while, once the voting is over, which will last 2 weeks, the winners will be notified by e-mail, they will then have 1 weeks to reply to the e-mail, if they fail to the runners up will get the prize in the corresponding order.

Some rules apply though, but I have listed them.

• Each user must create and submit a original wallpaper (not just resized)
• The user must full complete our completely free sponsor offer.
• The user may only register once for the giveaway.
